Fitness trainer Lindsey Gordon is taking her time to find peace on the beach in her little white bikini.
Being a fitness coach can be stressful, but her social media thrill is learning to give herself grace. In a candid Instagram post, she reflects on her mental and physical health struggles as she basks in the sun on the beach, flaunting a glowing summer tan.

In one of her most recent Instagram posts, Lindsey posted a photo from a beach in Malibu, California which features herself standing barefoot on a beach beside the ocean. Her chiseled abs were shown in full in a white thong bikini that matched her long white nails. His long blonde hair was swept back over his shoulders and tucked under an orange baseball cap he wore backwards.
“Learning to give myself grace,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. “The last few weeks have been very difficult on my mental and physical health. I used to work out 5-6 times a week and stick to a very strict diet (because I love structure). The gym really is my passion and when I can’t push myself in that way my mental state usually suffers as a result.”
“I’ve been trying new ways to challenge myself mentally & ground myself with different self-care techniques. God sometimes challenges us for reasons we may never know and we just have to trust in His plan for us,” he wrote. “I know this is all for a greater purpose and I will come back stronger than ever.” Luckily, his fans have been very supportive, with one fan telling him, “You are exactly where you need to be.”

In another Instagram post, also taken in Malibu, California, Lindsey has her back to a wall as she shows off her fit physique in a pink bikini. Her tanned skin stood out against the light color of her bikini as she lifted her hair from her face with one hand. In the caption, he left some advice for his followers:
